Sarah Wilsey, DDS

Dr. Wilsey was born and raised near Sacramento, CA, attended UC Davis for her bachelor’s degree in Biology, and then moved to New York to attend NYU College of Dentistry.  After several years in NYC, and four more in Atlanta, GA, she and her husband returned home to his native Marin to raise their young children in 2014.  Dr. Wilsey believes in providing the highest level of dental care, with meticulous attention to techniques, materials and treatment options.  She also believes that dentistry, clean living and a healthful diet must go hand in hand, in an effort to support overall systemic health and well-being.

Dentistry has recently made exciting gains in prevention and early detection of tooth decay and gum disease, and that means a big advantage to patients who seek treatment from a progressive dentist. Recent advances in diagnostic technologies and a better understanding of dental disease and how it affects your overall health has put us ahead of the curve. We can detect problems early and solve them with minimally invasive treatments and more options than ever before.

The key principals that drive Dr. Wilsey’s dental philosophies are prevention, early detection, conservative care, patient education, and utilizing minimally invasive and health-conscious treatment.  She devotes extensive time to continuing education, continuously pushing her boundaries as a dentist by staying at the forefront of new technologies and standards of care.

In her time outside of the office, Dr. Wilsey enjoys running, hiking, playing with her kids, reading, traveling and spending time with her husband.  She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Marin Dental Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and Spear Education.
